Nicholas Dominick Terrone
Nicholas Dominick Terrone, 85, of St. Petersburg, Fla., went to a better place April 28, 2016, after a long battle with dementia and cancer. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy (nee Geller); daughter Stacey; son Joseph; sisters Rose Perroni and Loretta Dares.
He worked until he retired at 55 driving a schoolbus in New York City as well as many second part-time jobs. He was always helping others.
Nick is survived by daughter Mara Terrone-Attles; son-in-law Stephen Attles; son Lee Terrone; granddaughters Michelle Salamak and Jennifer (née Terrone) Camhi; and great-grandchildren Brianna and Laquan Worthy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In Nicholas’ memory, memorial contributions may be made to Sun Coast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33760, which made his last days comfortable and painless, or Baytree Lakeside Assisted Living, 6411 46th Ave. N., Kenneth City, FL 33709, which cared for him for the last four years.
