Franklin D. Christopher 82, of Tampa, Fla., passed away Monday, June 13, 2016. Frank was born Sept. 21, 1933 in St. Augustine. Frank was an honorable veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a lifelong farmer providing for many. Frank leaves behind a large, loving family. He is survived by his wife Monsita; his sister Betty Jane; sons David (Patricia) and Birt; daughter Hope (Dickie); stepchildren Anita (Tony), Robert, Tony (Debi) and Chris; plus many granchildren and great-grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by daughters Donna Kay and Patty.
Frank had a love for life, his family and his animals.
A Celebration of Life with Military Honors will take place Saturday, June 25, at the Ruskin Moose Lodge, 1212 E. Shellpoint Rd., Ruskin, between 1 and 3 p.m. All guests are encouraged to bring a covered dish. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to C.A.R.E., 1528 27th St. E., Ruskin FL, 33570.
