James F. Lieberman

James F. Lieberman, 67, of Apollo Beach, Fla. passed away June 20, 2016. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal and was the owner of the Tropicana Bar in Gibsonton, Fla. He was an avid fisherman and bingo player and a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Lieberman and by his brother, Anthony Tenaglia, brother-in- law, Stephen Mahnke, father-in-law, Robert Halpern, Sr, and his brother-in-law, Robert Halpern, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Denise H. Lieberman, his mother, Mary Lieberman, two sisters, Sandra Mahnke and Lynda (Jim) Weingard, a brother, E. Michael (Karen) Tenaglia, mother-in-law, Lavon Halpern, two brothers-in law, Mark (Veronica) Halpern and David (Michele) Halpern, several nieces and nephews and his faithful and loving canine companion, Zoey. Memorial Mass was held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 27, 2016 at St. Anne Catholic Church, Ruskin, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church Building Fund or St. Anne Catholic Church Bingo, 106 11th Avenue, N.E., Ruskin, Fla. 33570.
