James Henry Daley, 87, of Sun City Center, Fla., passed away peacefully in the early evening of October 16, 2016 while in Hospice care.
He was a lifelong firefighter and retired at the rank of Captain. He leaves behind his loving wife, Beatrice, their children Sharon (Steven) Shrump of Lithia, Fla. and Dennis Daley of Cordova, Tenn.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. His remains will be placed in a niche at Skyway Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be held in his memory on October 29, 11:30 a.m. at North River Church of Christ, 13885 U.S. 301, Parrish, Fla.
In lieu of flowers, James' family encourages donations be made to the National Heart Association.
