Betsy L. Feldman

Betsy L. Feldman, passed away January 5, 2017 in Sun City Center, Florida at the age of 81.
She was born in Cato, Indiana. She attended Evansville College. Betsy married Rodney T. Feldman in 1958. After a wonderful marriage of 52 years, Rodney preceded her in death on July 31, 2010.
In 1985, they moved from Indiana to Florida where they resided the rest of their years. Betsy enjoyed volunteer work throughout her life. She also enjoyed traveling with her family. She and Rodney visited every continent except Antarctica and enjoyed many cruises. They also enjoyed camping and square dancing for many years. Betsy also enjoyed attending water exercises at the community pool.
Betsy was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in February 2015 and with Parkinson’s in November 2015. She was cared for by her daughter, Becky, the last three years of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Becky Deener of Sun City Center; granddaughter, Brittany Deener of Indiana; her brother, Tom Barnett (wife Patty) of Cato, Indiana.
A joint burial for Betsy and Rod’s cremated remains will take place later in 2017 in Indiana.
