Joan C. Ekblad passed away peacefully on January 31, 2017 at the age of 87. She was the beloved wife of the late George Ekblad. Formerly of Arlington Heights, Illinois, Joan and George spent their retirement in Green Lake, Wisconsin and Sun City Center, Florida.
Joan is survived by her loving children, Pamela (David) Wilson and Guy (Gail) Ekblad, grandchildren Brian Schneden, Katie Guille and Brett Ekblad and great-grandson Nile Schneden.
