Gloria Maxine Archibald, 76, passed away from cancer on March 11, 2018, at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Patterson, Ga., and grew up in a loving and caring foster home in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, David, two daughters Elizabeth Montero (Jose) and Kristen Walter (Keith); nine grandchildren: Olivia Stephan (Corey), Katherine (Jake), Joseph, Andrew, Brooke, Alexandra, Alexa, Matthew and Brett; two sisters Christine Moseley and Verna Boyette; and one brother-in-law George Archibald (Peggy).
Interment will take place at Bay Pines National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please give a donation to Friends of Joshua House Foundation, P.O. Box 26333, Tampa, FL 33623. Arrangements by Zipperer’s Funeral Home.
