Colleen Jensen Schmeiser
December, 1 1951 - May 14, 2018. Colleen Schmeiser of Sun City Center passed away peacefully from complications associated with esophageal cancer. A real estate agent with Keller Williams South Shore, Colleen was known for integrity, professionalism and attention to detail in serving her clients.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
She was born in Seattle, Washington and lived in Anchorage, Homer, and for nearly 20 years in Fairbanks, Alaska before moving to Florida.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She is survived by her husband Rev. Robert Schmeiser of Sun City Center, daughter Heather Mecsko, son-in-law Greg, and her three beloved grandchildren Kyle, Madison, and Megan of Honolulu, Hawaii; niece Eva Lindesmith, brothers James Thomas and John Jensen, and sister Helen Anne Allman, and many other loving relatives and friends.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
A funeral mass for her will be held on Friday, May 25, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 702 Valley Forge Blvd., Sun City Center, Fla. at 3:30 p.m. A reception is planned at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 1239 Del Webb Blvd. W., Sun City Center, Fla. immediately after. Arrangements by Zipperer’s Funeral Home.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
