James Francis Killian, 68, of Sun City Center, Fla. passed away August 21, 2018. He served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Conflict and retired as a Certified Public Accountant for the City of New Haven, Conn.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph W. Killian Sr. and Edwina Yuzakevich Killian, his sister Eugenia Killian Prece and by his brother Joseph W. Killian Jr. Survivors include his wife of 34 years Rosalie Morneau Killian and two sisters.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
Funeral Mass with military honors was celebrated Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Sun City Center, Fla.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>A celebration of James’ life will be held at a later date in Branford, Conn. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, 12902 USF Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612. Arrangements by Sun City Center Funeral Home, Sun City Center, Fla., 813-634-9900.
