William Arthur Gambrell Sr., 61, formerly of Gibsonton, Fla., passed away peacefully on Oct. 5, 2018, in Tampa, Fla.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
He was preceded in death by his father James N. Gambrell Jr., his mother Marjorie Elizabeth Gambrell, his brother John Wayne Gambrell and his sister Nancy Lee Gambrell Hilton.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
He is survived by his children William A. Gambrell Jr., Alycia Burdick, Sarah Enyart and Jessie Gambrell; his sisters Bonnie Clegg, Linda Cauley and Helen McCrandall; his brothers Norman, Roger, Jerry, Bobby and Ricky Gambrell; and 14 grandkids.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, at noon at Bell Shoals Baptist Church–Apollo Beach campus at 408 Apollo Beach Blvd., Apollo Beach, FL 33572.
