With heavy heart, we say so long; with joyful heart, we say but not for long.
Frank H. Smalley Jr., born July 10, 1933, left us to be with Jesus on October 5, 2019. A loving husband, father of three, grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of seven, he surely will be missed by all.
Services and burial will be in Massachusetts with family and friends.
