Hildred Faye Johnson Newberry, 75, of Pigeon Forge, TN, formerly of Ruskin, FL, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020.
She was a member of the Church of God and the Rotary of Sevierville, TN. Hildred retired from the Smoky Mtn. Children’s Home after many years of service. She loved traveling, singing and spending time with family and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Newberry; parents, Bill and Isabelle Johnson; brother, Larry Johnson.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Newberry; sons, Stephen Newberry, Shannon Newberry (Erica); daughters, Angela Hodgeson (Mike), Rachel Cicero (Steve); grandchildren: Christopher Hodgeson, Isaac Lewis (Katelyn), Benjamin Hodgeson (Kelsi), Amber Lewis, Isabella Skroch (Braxton), Presley Newberry, Andrew Lewis, Sophia Newberry, Luke Newberry, Lincoln Newberry, Everest Newberry, Camilla Newberry, Kaylin Cicero, Nicole Cicero, Hannah Cicero; great-grandchildren, Jayvon Lewis, Hope Lewis; sisters: Shirley Mays, Rosa Lee Long (Danny); sister-in-law, Myra Maxberry; brothers-in-law, R.B. Newberry (Doris), Terry Newberry (Pam); Donald Newberry (Kim); sister-in-laws, Barbara Cook (Freeman), Shirley Almand (Harold).
