Lucille J. Tiberio

Lucille J. Tiberio, 89 of Ruskin, Fla was received in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ 6:42 a.m. Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Sun City Center Hospice House, Ruskin, Fla. with her loving husband, family members and friends present. She had been battling Alzheimer disease for several years. She was born on January 16, 1922 in Colquitt, Georgia (Miller County) to Elton and Carrie Johnson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her only sibling, Elton “Bully” Johnson; her cousin, Mary Lee; nephew, Jim Johnson; her first husband, William Tabb and the love of her life, son, Donald L. Tabb. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Bob Tiberio; her nephew, Keith Johnson, and his wife, Jeannie, and their son, Kyle; a daughter-in-law, Ella K. Tabb, and niece, Jessica Johnson, and her friends, Kate and Tina Russo. Visitation will be Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Ruskin, 820 College Avenue, Ruskin, Fla. Burial will follow at Ruskin Memorial Park. The family requests memorials to the Alzheimer Foundation or the First Baptist Church of Ruskin.
