<p>Capt. Raymond Arnold Belknap , 92, widower of Rachael Misel Belknap, died Tues. Feb 8, 2011 at Lexington Country Place in Lexington, KY. Born in Des Moines, IA, he was the son of the late Milton and Jane Arnold Belknap. Mr. Belknap was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, and a commissioned officer and retired Capt. in the United States Public Health Service. Survivors include three children, R. Michael (Gillian) Belknap, Bruce (Mary Ann) Belknap, and Dana (David) Graves; three grandsons, Jeremy and James Belknap and Michael Graves; and two step grandsons, Brian and Adam Graves. Services will be held at a later date in Florida. Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 3421 Harrodsburg Rd. , Lexington, KY is in charge of arrangements.</p>
