Roger A. Latessa

Roger Anthony Latessa, 85, of Sun City Center , Fla., passed away March 14, 2022, at South Bay Hospital in Sun City Center, Fla., with his lovely wife Doloris by his side. He was born on May 14, 1936, in Fall River, Mass., to John and Marie (Bessette) Latessa. Roger was a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served during the Vietnam War. He loved fishing and spending time at his summer home, and he loved his family very much.
Roger is survived by his lovely wife of 42 years, Doloris; son, Anthony Latessa (Kathleen) of Rochester, New Hampshire; daughter, Claire Guerette (Mark) of Jersey City, New Jersey; step-daughter, Sherry Macie (Michael) of Ruskin, Florida; brother, Edward Latessa (Shirley) of California; sisters, Claire Anderson (Jim) of Plymouth, Massachusetts, and Jeanne Hedderson of Fall River, Massachusetts. He also leaves to cherish his memory three grandchildren, Amanda Georgetti (Chris), Jason Guerette and Nicholas Latessa.
He was preceded in death by his first wife; Yukiko Latessa; both of his parents; sister, Madeleine St. Pierre; and brother, Andre Latessa.
