Margaret R. Williams (Peggy) was born on September 10, 1957 in Plainfield NJ to Richard (Dick) and Joan Holshue. She passed away on August 13, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.
Peggy graduated from East Bay High School in 1975 where she proudly was awarded Most Athletic her senior year. Peggy continued to enjoy East Bay's Alumni yearly gatherings, seeing all her school friends. Peggy was always the first one on the dance floor and will be remembered for her outgoing spirit, her beautiful smile and her many, many friends.
In her early adult years, she lived in New England where she enjoyed hanging out in Newport, RI and St. Patrick day celebrations in Boston with her sister Judy and friends. She enjoyed spending summers in Michigan for work and anything that involved a gathering of family and friends. She was a hippy at heart; entering and exiting a room with her two-finger peace sign.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, James Williams, parents Dick and Joan, brothers Daniel, Stephen and Richard. She will be sorely missed by her children: Alicia Buzbee (Joshua) of Ruskin, and sons Garnett Olinger of Tennessee, Douglas Dunkel (Casie) and James Williams of Ruskin; 12 grandchildren; sisters, Diane Drake and Judith Holshue both of Riverview and brother Jack (Robin) of Howey In the Hills and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church in Ruskin on August 31, 11 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at Beanies Family Sports Grill.
