Phyllis Walker
– September 22, 2011

Phyllis Walker, 96, died September. 22, 2011. She loved Sun City Center and participated in many of the activities and clubs available, soon after moving here, 21 years ago with her late husband, Howard. She was a member of the “Gadabouts” and took many trips with them. In between, she dabbled in ceramics, loved decorating her house, and joined a Saturday night bridge club. This group became very special to her, and she continued to play up to 3 months before she died. Earlier, her main passions were golf (2 holes-in-one) and line dancing. She was very perceptive, a good listener, and willing to help others with her calm, open, trustworthy wisdom.

She will be greatly missed by her friends and especially her daughter and grandchildren in Atlanta, and a son in St Petersburg.
