<p>Roberta Jane (Bobbie) Crim Hamilton died October 17, 2012 after a brief illness. She will be buried with her husband, Richard L. (Ham) Hamilton, Colonel, USAF (retired) at Arlington National Cemetery.</p>
<p>Bobbie was born an “Army Brat” in Honolulu. She received a BA from the University of Miami, Florida and a MA in Drama and Stage Design from the University of Nebraska. She lived in places like China, the Philippines, Guam, Germany and Italy but came to call Ruskin, Florida home for the last 40 years. She operated her own travel business and traveled around the world. She was also a travel writer, piano player, painter, aspiring photographer, and frustrated golfer. </p>
<p>Bobbie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jeffrey and Kathy Hamilton; granddaughters Kathryn Elizabeth Hamilton, Lisa Bowen and Kerry Melnichek; grandson Robby Bowen; great-grandsons Gabriel and John Bradshaw and Burton Crane; great-granddaughter Olive Bowen; and her blue-tick hound, Anna. </p>
<p>In lieu of cards or flowers the family asks donations be made to LifePath Hospice of Temple Terrace.</p>
