Margaret “Peggy” Dornsife, a beloved mother and grandmother as well as the devoted wife of the late Raymond Dornsife, passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 84. Peggy was born in Geneva on the Lake, Ohio, to Eugene and Lucille Wilt, a factory foreman and homemaker, respectively.
She received her teaching degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and taught elementary school in the Cincinnati area. Peggy spent much of her free time helping others and organizations close to her heart. Most recently, she held leadership positions and actively volunteered with her local DAR chapter in Florida. Her warmth and smile will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by daughters Patricia and Cynthia; stepsons, Jeffrey and Stephen; grandchildren, Alexa, Emily and Jacob; and sister, Monica.
