<p>Ralph D Waters of Sudbury Mass. died Sunday, July 14,2013 at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Mass. following a period of declining health.</p>
<p>Ralph was 80 and had formerly lived in Limerick, Maine and Palmetto, Florida, where he owned Waters Garage Doors, before moving to Sudbury in 2002.</p>
<p>He was the husband of the late Barbara A. Waters.</p>
<p>He leaves eight children, 27 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Ralph Waters is also survived by his beloved companion Elizabeth Racicot, her two children and their five children.</p>
<p>Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Grover Funeral Home, 1400 36th Ave. East in Ellenton, Fla. Entombment at Mansion Memorial will follow the service.</p>
