<p>John E. Folk Jr., 71, of Riverview, Fla., passed away August 13, 2014. He is survived by Rita Via, his loving wife of 48 years; sons, Todd and Kirk (Susan); grandsons Zac and Luke; brother Jerry Folk (Lee) of Deer Park, Texas; and mother Janet Ulvila of Painesville, Ohio.</p>
<p>A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church in Brandon, 3315 Bryan Road.</p>
<p>In lieu of flowers, please make donations to LifePath Hospice or the charity of your choice. Arrangements by Zipperer’s Funeral Home.</p>
