Patricia M. Marzilli, 81, passed away at Hospice House on Friday, October 10, 2014. She and her beloved husband of over 53 years, John, retired to Apollo Beach from the cold northern winters of Walpole, Mass., in 1989.
Patricia was a mother of six who also enjoyed a rewarding 30-year career as a labor and delivery nurse. A devout member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Ruskin, she is survived by children Lisa and fiancé John Seeman, John Jr. and wife Mary McBride, Christopher and wife Nancy, Joseph and wife Patty, Kevin Marzilli and spouse Gregory Norris, and Lori Carrigan and husband Daniel; grandchildren Joshua, Christopher Michael, Alyssa, Samuel and Jake; and her faithful dog Skipper.
A wake service will be held at the Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, on Friday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 106 11th Ave. NE in Ruskin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anne Conference St. Vincent de Paul and mailed to St. Anne Catholic Church.
