Christian Bruning
Christian F. Bruning, 57, of Sun City Center, Fla., passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2014. Born in Middletown, N.Y., he moved to Florida from Woodridge, N.Y.
Christian is survived by his loving wife Josephine; sisters Cheryl Bertholf, Lyn Tyler and Victoria Tawney; brother Thomas and his wife Marcella; brothers-in-law Michael De Lucia and George W. Perna Jr.; and sisters-in-law Ann Marie De Lucia, Denise J. Malik, Diana B. Perna; and nieces, nephews and Godchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Christian and Annie Bruning, and brother John Bruning.

Charles (Chuck) McGervey, 75, passed away November 17 in Sarasota, following complications from brain surgery.
He is survived by K. Anne, his devoted wife; children Charles Jr., Daniel and Kathleen Acquaviva; and seven grandchildren.
Chuck was involved with Sawdust Engineers and Woodcarvers, the Sun City Center Men’s Club, and the American Legion as Adjutant and Boy’s State Chairman. He volunteered more than 250 hours at Moffitt Hospital.
In Sun City Center, he was also a member of the project committee for July Fourth and Holiday Breakfast celebrations as well as a money processor at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, captain of Team 2 of the Emergency Squad, and a day captain with the Security Patrol. He was the driving force behind the new Model Builders Club. Though he had many medical challenges, he continued to forge ahead daily in his trusty golf cart.
Before he retired to Florida, Chuck was a Past District Governor of Rotary International and the founder and president of McGervey Electric Inc. in Pittsburgh.
