He is survived by mom Joyce Whitworth of Ruskin; loving partner Melody Farris; daughter Leslie Whitworth of Ocala, Fla.; sisters Diedre Wells of Brandon, Fla. and Alena Whitworth of Louisville, Ky.; and brother Jimmy Wells of Valrico, Fla.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Ruskin Moose Lodge at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21.
