Grace Parr Brant
Grace Parr Brant, 85, passed away at her home in Sun City Center on Friday, March 27, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born September 29, 1929, in Damascus, Ga., she lived in Byron, Ga. for 40 years before relocating to SCC in 2006.  Grace balanced her role as homemaker and mother for her family with her occupation in software quality control at Robins AFB until retirement.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Tony Moore; children Belinda (John) Turner of Germantown, Md.; Regina (Steve) Stallings of Valrico, Fla.; and Bert Brant of Atlantic City Beach, N.C.; grandchildren Ashley Metz, Cody Brant, Andy Turner, Jeffrey Turner and April Cuda); great-grandchildren Aiden Stallings and Addison Grace Metz; and sisters Florence McAllister and Malda Wilson.  She was married for 38 years to the late William Brant of Byron.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at Zipperer’s Funeral Home in Ruskin, Fla., with Pastor Julian Graham officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, April 3, at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Macon, Ga.
