Mary Ericson
November 22, 1925 – March 25, 2015
Mary was born in New York on November 22, 1925, the second of four children of Mary and Maurice Nolan. She graduated from high school in New York.
In 1948, Mary married Robert Ericson. They had one son, Robert, in 1958. From 1963 to 1992, Mary and her family lived in Maryland, Washington state and Virginia.
In 1992, Mary and Bob retired to Sun City Center. Mary was active in the Culinary Angels at Prince of Peace Catholic Church and volunteered at South Bay Hospital.
Mary moved to Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., in 2012. Mary is survived by son Robert, his wife Donna-Marie, and grandchildren Emily and MaryJo. Mary is also survived by her sister, Rita Endres, of Sun City Center; Rita’s children Patricia Moore, Jo Ellen Schlossberg, Rita Torreggiani and Kathleen Privitera; and Bob’s nieces and nephew Karin Rentschler, Karel Van Dyke, Kristine Campisi and Kenneth Ericson.
<h3>Marion ‘Mickey’ Kitchen</h3>
Marion “Mickey” Kitchen, age 69, of Wimauma, passed on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.
She was preceded in death by husband David W. Kitchen. She is survived by one son, two daughters, one daughter-in-law, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one brother and Cindy.
Mickey was a lifelong resident of Wimauma and co-founder of Terraqua Aquatics. A beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Arrangements entrusted to National Cremation & Burial Society.
<h3>Elnora Newberry</h3>
Elnora Newberry entered Heaven’s gate on March 26, 2015. She was born December 2, 1930, in Douglas, Ga., to Earnest and Rosie Lee Holman, the third of five children. The family moved to Ruskin, Fla., around 1952.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother J.W. Holman and husband Henry Newberry.
Those left behind are son Bill Lott of Winter Haven, Fla.; brothers Willie T. Holman of Ruskin and Clarence Holman of Sun City Center; sister Francis Hale of Winter Haven; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was passionate about her family and very loved. She will be missed and thought about every day. The Tampa Bay Rays lost a loyal fan.
