Robert John Pratt

He was born on September 27, 1945, to Jack and Betty Pratt in Erie, Pa., and resided there until 2009.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jean; son Robert Jr. (Trisha) of Erie, Pa.; daughter Kathryn of Sun City Center; and two grandchildren, Lilly and Lucas Pratt of Erie, Pa.; sisters Barbara (Roger) Witt; Sorrento, Fla.; and Patricia (William) McConnell, Ruskin, Fla.; and 13 nieces and nephews.
Bob was an Army veteran and spent 18 months in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing and boating on Lake Erie and working on classic and antique cars. Most of his working life was spent at Bucyrus-Erie Co/Terex starting in the foundry and working his way up to Parts Warehouse/Inside Sales Manager.
He will be greatly missed by family and friends. A Memorial Service is scheduled for June 6, 2015, at the Ruskin VFW, 5120 U.S. 41 North at 1 p.m.
Memorials may be made to LifePath Hospice of Hillsborough County, 908 American Eagle Blvd., Sun City Center. Their help and caring was above and beyond all expectation.
