Dorothy Cook Whittingham
Dorothy Whittingham (née Cook), age 91, died in Sun City Center, Fla., on June 27, 2015, after a brief illness.
She was born in Yorkshire, England, daughter of Edgar and Tabitha Cook. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, John Whittingham (2008), and siblings Henry, Laurence, Peggy and Douglas. She is survived by niece Valerie Cook of Montreal, Canada, and nephews/nieces in the U.K.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2015, at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church, 1015 E. Del Webb Blvd. in Sun City Center.
